There are loads of different ways to get involved at City of Birmingham Rockets Basketball Club.

We have 14 teams that train and play games every week. There are several of ways you can be a part of our club and join our basketball family.

If you’re new to the club or want to learn how to play and have some fun, then we have sessions every Saturday morning that you can easily get involved with. The first session is FREE so why not come and have a look. The times of these sessions are as follows:

Mixed (boys and girls) mini basketball sessions at Nechells Wellbeing Centre: 

5 – 11 year olds, 9am – 10:30am

Boys sessions at Nechells Wellbeing Centre:

12 – 14 year olds, 10:30 am – 12 noon

15 – 18 year olds, 10:30 am – 12 noon

In addition we hold girls sessions at Heartlands Academy: 

12 – 18 year olds, 9:30 – 11am

 

If you lost your love for basketball and want to get back into it then we have many community sessions running throughout different evenings of the week in different areas of Birmingham. These are recreational sessions and are purely for the enjoyment of the sport for all ages. To find out more click here.
